Policies
The minimum purchase is (1) block, which equals 100 pixels. When you
purchase the advertising space, you will not be the owner of any part
of the WomensPixels.com home page or any part of this Web site. You
are receiving the right to supply an image and link which will be
published in the space you have paid for.
Changes are not
allowed once your image and/or link have been submitted. The only
exception we will make is if you have a name, image or link change.
WomensPixels.com will review this and at our discretion make the changes.
If your image and
link are accepted and published on the home page, you cannot get a
refund for any reason. Placement within the section that you have
selected on the Purchase Form is at the sole discretion of WomensPixels.com.
Ads may be re-arranged in order to accommodate other advertisers and
make best use of the available space.
Your image and link will be published on WomensPixels.com for a one-year
period, at which time you will have the option of renewing.
All information is viewed at the viewer's own risk. WomensPixels.com
reserves the right to refuse and/or remove content deemed unacceptable
without remuneration to the purchaser.
WomensPixels.com
does not allow obscene/offensive/adult images/links. WomensPixels.com
will decide what is appropriate for this web site. If you supply
an image or link that is not acceptable, you will have the opportunity
to provide one alternative. If this is not acceptable, your
money will be refunded, and you will lose your allotted advertising
space.
If your link
is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site
to show offensive/obscene/adult material, your link will be removed
and no further submission will be accepted. You will not receive
a refund.
If for any reason
you choose to have your image and link removed from WomensPixels.com,
no refund will be issued. Occasional but minimal downtime is required
for site maintenance and does not constitute a refund.
By
checking the appropriate box on the Purchase page, I grant WomensPixels.com
permission to copy my company logo or another graphic from my web
site. Upon copying your company logo or other graphic, WomensPixels.com
will size the logo or graphic to the size and number of pixel blocks
that you purchase.
If your web site has been created with Macromedia Flash, it will
not be possible to copy your logo or graphic. Email your logo or
graphic as an attachment to: NewAdvertiser@WomensPixels.com
Please include your Name, phone number, email address, the
category name that you selected from WomensPixels.com, the size
and number of pixel blocks and your PayPal transaction number.
All attached e-mail images must be the exact size you have paid
for (e.g. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels) and must be in GIF or JPEG
format. No animated images are allowed. Links must be to web pages
only and begin with http://.
You must have
the authority to provide the image and link for the Web site you
submit, and we accept no responsibility for any issues which may
arise from falsified information.
Funds must be
fully received and cleared before your pixel blocks are posted to
the WomensPixels.com home page. Once the funds have cleared, your
ad will be online within approximately 24 to 72 business hours.
Payment for your
advertising space is made through PayPal and will not be refunded
regardless of any situation.
WomensPixels.com
does not accept responsibility for, nor does WomensPixels.com endorse
the products listed on the home page. WomensPixels.com cannot be
held liable, negligent or responsible for any of the content or
products listed therein.
In the event
of any action or proceeding against a person, company, foundation,
etc., WomensPixels.com will be held harmless of any and all responsibility.
WomensPixels.com relies on the information provided by its advertisers.
