1. Must support women's issues.
2. Must be at least 50% woman-owned.
3. Must have a non-profit status with the IRS.
4. Must be based in the United States.
5. The Non-Profit/Charity must work exclusively toward the betterment of women.
6. The Non-Profit/Charity must agree to include a reciprocal link on their web site to: http://www.womenspixels.com

What qualifies "free advertising"?
1. The size of the free advertisement is up to the discretion of WomensPixels.com.
2. The free advertisement will appear in the "Non-Profit/Charities" section of the Home Page.
3. Free advertising is given a space-permitting basis, to be determined by WomensPixels.com.
4. The free advertising will appear for a minimum of 6 months, and may be placed in rotation with other charity organizations.
